At the Company, we believe in supporting a culture of health and well-being. That’s why we offer programs and resources to help you be healthy and active, manage chronic conditions, and improve your mental health. Explore this page for more information on the following resources:

Preventive Care Checklists

Getting timely and relevant preventive care is an essential step in identifying health issues and chronic conditions before they become more serious. Annual physicals, age- and gender-appropriate cancer screenings and vaccinations can all help make sure you stay healthy. That’s why preventive care received from an in-network provider is always covered 100% by your Company medical plan.

Not sure where to start? Here are some guidelines to help you make sure you’re getting the preventive care for your situation:

  • These Adult Preventive Care Guidelines can help you determine screenings to get and how often. Also available in Spanish.
  • This Adult Preventive Care Checklist is a worksheet to help you keep track of the preventive care you’ve already received so you know what to prioritize next.
  • An annual Well-Woman Exam can ensure that you’re up to date on the most relevant medications, screenings, and vaccinations for your age.
  • These Children Preventive Care Guidelines provide tips on when to get certain vaccinations and other forms of preventive care depending on your child’s age, as well as recommendations on how to prioritize nutrition and physical activity. This guide is also available in Spanish.

Flu Shot

All Associates and eligible dependents can receive a free annual flu shot. Getting a flu shot not only helps lower your chances of catching the flu, but also helps reduce the severity of your symptoms and can keep you out of the hospital if you do come down with it.

Flu shots can be processed under a Company prescription card at a participating pharmacy of your choice. The cost is covered 100% for Associates and their dependents who are enrolled in a Company medical plan when they present their medical card to the pharmacist—no out-of-pocket costs necessary.

If you are not enrolled in a Company medical plan, vouchers are available for Associates and immediate family members age 18 and older. Visit the Quest website for more information.
