Galleri Multi-Cancer Early Detection Screening

Watch the Recorded Galleri Screening Webinar

If you missed the live Galleri Screening webinar on July 8, you can watch the recorded presentation at your own leisure. The Galleri test is available as a covered benefit to eligible associates and spouses enrolled in a Company medical plan and who are age 50+ or age 40-49 with risk factors. In this recorded webinar, you will learn more about the Galleri® blood test, including how to request and complete the Galleri test.

With a single blood test, Galleri screens for a signal shared by multiple cancers that would otherwise go unnoticed. Only five cancers have recommended screening tests, so using Galleri in addition to these tests can increase the chance of finding cancer early to allow for earlier treatment. This groundbreaking test screens for a signal shared by more than 50 types of cancer with just a simple blood draw.

This screening is available as a Company-paid benefit to associates and spouses enrolled in a BBU medical plan who meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • 50 years or older, or
  • 40-49 years old with certain risk factors

Visit the Galleri website to learn more about the Galleri test and who is eligible to take the test.

Preventive Care Checklists

Getting timely and relevant preventive care is an essential step in identifying health issues and chronic conditions before they become more serious. Annual physicals, age- and gender-appropriate cancer screenings and vaccinations can all help make sure you stay healthy. That’s why preventive care received from an in-network provider is always covered 100% by your Company medical plan.

Not sure where to start? Here are some guidelines to help you make sure you’re getting the preventive care for your situation:

  • These Adult Preventive Care Guidelines can help you determine screenings to get and how often. Also available in Spanish.
  • This Adult Preventive Care Checklist is a worksheet to help you keep track of the preventive care you’ve already received so you know what to prioritize next.
  • An annual Well-Woman Exam can ensure that you’re up to date on the most relevant medications, screenings, and vaccinations for your age.
  • These Children Preventive Care Guidelines provide tips on when to get certain vaccinations and other forms of preventive care depending on your child’s age, as well as recommendations on how to prioritize nutrition and physical activity. This guide is also available in Spanish.
